Initial Training Wheelchair Service
In the aviation industry, providing comprehensive, friendly and accessible passenger services is a key factor in the operations, especially, for passengers who require special assistance, such as the elderly, the disabled or passengers with limited mobility. Providing staff with knowledge, skills and service mind in helping via wheelchair in a professional manner is therefore extremely important.
The wheelchair staff are just like representatives of the airlines and airports in creating a good first impression. They must be able to provide service and take care of passengers politely, safely and efficiently. They must also have knowledge of safety requirements, operating in controlled areas and communicating appropriately with passengers in various situations. This course is focused on developing personnel to be able to provide service according to the international standards, in line with human rights policies and supporting equal access to services for all passengers.
This course is suitable for
Wheelchair Service Staff.
24 hours (3 days) training period.

Radiation Safety Course
Radiation Safety is a course for staff and workers involved in the use of radiation from sealed or unsealed radiation sources or radiation generators who want to apply their knowledge and experience to radiation protection in their organization in order to carry on their work with safety.
This course is suitable for

Dangerous Goods Training Program for personnel responsibilities for screening of passenger and crew and their baggage, cargo and mail
This course is designed to develop necessary knowledge, understanding and skills for personnel performing aviation safety duties in connection with the transport of dangerous goods by air in accordance with the requirements of laws, regulations, rules and relevant international standards. Those completing the training course will be able to perform their duties with confidence and in accordance with the guidelines set out in the regulations of ICAO, IATA and regulatory agencies in Thailand.

ใครบ้างที่จำเป็นต้องผ่านการอบรมหลักสูตรสินค้าอันตราย (DGR)?
ตามข้อกำหนดของ IATA และ CAAT ทุกบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขนส่งสินค้าทางอากาศ ตั้งแต่ผู้เตรียมเอกสาร (Shippers), ผู้บรรจุหีบห่อ, ตัวแทนส่งสินค้า ไปจนถึงพนักงานสายการบินและเจ้าหน้าที่ตรวจค้นในสนามบิน จำเป็นต้องได้รับใบประกาศนียบัตรรับรองความรู้ตามบทบาทหน้าที่ของตน

ใบประกาศนียบัตร DGR มีอายุการใช้งาน 24 เดือน (2 ปี) โดยผู้ปฏิบัติงานจะต้องเข้ารับการอบรมทบทวน (Recurrent Training) ก่อนครบกำหนดเพื่อให้ทราบถึงการเปลี่ยนแปลงของกฎระเบียบชุดใหม่ที่อัปเดตทุกปีโดย IATA
